One year ago we started this network with one lone podcast and a vision for creating highly engaging content that surpassed the quality of traditional media. Within a few weeks of launch we grew with three additional shows and now one year later we have six top-rated podcasts and three LIVE weekly broadcasts available at Podastery.com
Our content is intentionally diverse, and our success has been publicized in blogs such as unleashthefanboy.com (Panel To Screen, Flash TV Talk) as well as print magazines like Eat.Drink.MS (Garden Brew). Across our various shows we have had the honor of hosting guests that range from published authors, artists, film and tv producers, actors, recording artists, political activists, theologians, and professional athletes.
The success we have achieved in this short amount of time has been due to the moral and financial support from our listeners! But as we have received much, we have challenged ourselves to pay it forward. This past year, Podastery was a proud sponsor of the Run For Ryan helping raise funds and awareness to combat childhood leukemia. During our mid-year fundraising season, Podastery donated 50% of every dollar earned to Make-A-Wish, supporting their mission of granting the wishes of children diagnosed with life-threatening medical conditions.
The health of any new media endeavor is greatly measured by audience engagement. Through emails, contests, listener reviews and more, we have been humbled by the level of enthusiasm and commitment our listeners have to our various shows.
We hit the ground running this past year, and now we are ready to kick it into overdrive. New projects and products are currently in development that will be of considerable interest to listeners both new and existing.
