Timothy Pakron was born and raised on the Mississippi gulf coast and studied studio art in college with a concentration in Photography. He has lived all through the southeast including Georgia, South Carolina, as well as Mississippi.
For the past past 6 years he resided in New York City where his passions as a 10 year vegan and a visual artist led him down the path of becoming a full time chef and food stylist. Timothy has recently moved back to Mississippi to take a break from the hustle of NYC and to work on his upcoming cookbook telling the stories and recipes that have inspired his work as ‘The Mississippi Vegan’
